入場資訊

本活動採免費索票入場，票券分為 一樓站票 與 二樓座位票，並依票券所標示之區域分區入場：

• • 一樓站票｜於一樓票券指定之站立區觀賞。
  • 二樓座位票｜於二樓票券指定之座位區自由入座，依入場順序選擇該區座位。
  • 活動當日請出示 KKTIX 電子票券 QR Code，經工作人員核驗後前往票券指定區域。各票種及各分區皆不開放跨區使用，請配合現場工作人員引導入場。

Admission Information

Admission is free with advance registration. Tickets are divided into 1F Standing Tickets and 2F Seated Tickets, with admission restricted to the section indicated on each ticket:

• • 1F Standing Ticket｜Standing-room viewing in the designated 1F section shown on the ticket.
  • 2F Seated Ticket｜General seating within the designated 2F section shown on the ticket. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis within that section.
  • On the event day, please present your KKTIX electronic ticket QR code for verification and proceed to the section indicated on your ticket. Access between different ticket types or sections is not permitted. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff.

1. 本活動採 KKTIX 免費索票入場，每人皆須持有一張有效電子票券，活動當日請出示票券 QR Code，經工作人員核驗後入場。
2. 票券分為 一樓搖滾站席、二樓環形看台及無障礙觀賞區，請依票面標示之樓層與分區入場，各票種及各區域皆不開放跨區。
3. 一樓搖滾站席採全區站立觀賞，不設座位；請衡量自身體力及健康狀況後索票，並配合現場人流及安全管制。
4. 二樓環形看台於票面指定區域內自由入座，不劃設指定座號，座位依入場順序選擇，不得跨區占位。
5. 一樓邀請座席 I 區為貴賓及公關邀請使用，不開放一般民眾索取，座位依主辦單位安排。
6. 無障礙觀賞區票券限符合資格之身心障礙者使用；陪同席須與本人同時入場，現場請配合出示相關證明及工作人員核驗。
7. 每張電子票券限一人使用，請妥善保管 QR Code，勿任意截圖、公開或轉傳他人；如因票券遭冒用而無法入場，恕無法補發。
8. 如需更換票種或分區，請依 KKTIX 系統規定取消原票券後重新索取；是否仍有名額，依當下系統顯示為準。
9. 入場時請配合安全檢查。禁止攜帶危險物品、玻璃容器、雷射筆、煙火爆竹、空拍機及其他可能影響活動安全之物品入場。
10. 未經主辦單位同意，禁止攜帶專業攝影、錄影、錄音設備；演出期間請勿使用閃光燈、腳架或其他影響演出及觀眾視線之器材。
11. 活動現場將進行攝影、錄影及相關紀錄，參與者同意主辦及授權單位得將現場影像用於活動紀錄、成果報告及非營利宣傳推廣。
12. 請自行妥善保管個人物品，主辦單位不負保管及遺失賠償責任；館內飲食、吸菸及其他使用規範，請依場館公告及現場指示辦理。
13. 如遇天災、政府公告、場館因素或其他不可抗力情形，主辦單位得調整、延期或取消活動，相關資訊將於官方平台公告。
14. 最新卡司、節目時間、入場方式及活動異動，請以 Mathariri 音樂節官方網站、社群平台及 KKTIX 活動頁面公告為準；主辦單位保留活動內容調整及最終解釋權。

Terms & Conditions

1. Admission is free with advance registration through KKTIX. Each attendee must present a valid electronic ticket with a QR code for verification upon entry.
2. Ticket types include 1F Rock Standing Area, 2F Arena Seating, and the Accessible Viewing Area. Please enter only the floor and section indicated on your ticket. Cross-section access is not permitted.
3. The 1F Rock Standing Area is standing-room only, with no seats provided. Please consider your physical condition before registering and follow all on-site crowd-control and safety instructions.
4. The 2F Arena Seating is general admission within the section shown on your ticket. Seats are not individually assigned and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Moving between sections or reserving seats across sections is not permitted.
5. 1F Invitation Seating, Section I is reserved for invited guests, VIPs, and promotional use, and is not available for public registration. Seating will be arranged by the organizer.
6. Accessible Viewing Area tickets are reserved for eligible persons with disabilities. Companion ticket holders must enter together with the registered attendee and may be asked to present relevant identification or documentation.
7. Each electronic ticket is valid for one person only. Please keep your QR code secure and do not share, post, or forward it. Tickets that have been used by another person cannot be reissued.
8. To change your ticket type or section, please cancel your original ticket and register again in accordance with KKTIX procedures. Availability is subject to the system status at the time of registration.
9. All attendees must cooperate with security screening. Dangerous items, glass containers, laser pointers, fireworks, drones, and any items deemed unsafe by the organizer are prohibited.
10. Professional photography, video, or audio-recording equipment is not permitted without prior approval. Flash photography, tripods, and equipment that may obstruct the performance or other attendees’ view are also prohibited.
11. Photography and video recording will take place during the event. By attending, participants agree that the organizer and authorized parties may use event images and footage for documentation, final reports, and non-commercial promotional purposes.
12. Please take care of your personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage. Food, smoking, and venue use must comply with venue regulations and on-site instructions.
13. In the event of natural disasters, government announcements, venue-related circumstances, or other force majeure events, the organizer may reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel the event. Updates will be announced through official channels.
14. For the latest artist lineup, program schedule, admission information, and event updates, please refer to the Mathariri Music Festival official website, social media channels, and KKTIX event page. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event and make final decisions regarding all event arrangements.

 

索票方式說明

1. 本活動採 KKTIX 線上免費索票，不提供現場售票或超商取票；每位入場者皆須持有一張有效電子票券。
2. 索票前請先加入 KKTIX 會員，並完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址等必要驗證，以利順利進行索票。
3. 索票時請勿同時使用多個裝置、瀏覽器、視窗或分頁操作，以免造成訂單失敗、票券重複或系統異常。

4. 請依實際觀賞需求選擇票種及分區：

   • 一樓搖滾站席：全區站立觀賞，不設座位。
   • 二樓環形看台：於票面指定區域內自由入座，不劃設座號。
   • 無障礙觀賞區：依輪椅席及陪同席相關規定登記。

   各票種及各分區皆不開放跨區使用。

5. 訂單成立後，系統將寄送「訂單成立通知」至會員電子郵件信箱。電子郵件可能因擋信、漏信或被歸類為垃圾郵件而未能送達，未收到通知信不代表索票失敗。
6. 完成索票後，請至 KKTIX 會員帳戶中的「訂單」確認票券資料。成功成立之訂單將顯示活動名稱、票種、分區及電子票券 QR Code。
7. 如訂單頁面未顯示票券資料，代表索票可能未成功，請重新操作；實際剩餘名額以 KKTIX 系統顯示為準。
8. 額滿後，如有民眾取消票券，名額將不定時重新釋出，系統無固定釋票時間，請自行留意活動頁面。
9. 如需更換票種或分區，請先取消原票券後重新索取；取消後不保證仍可取得原票種或其他區域名額。
10. 活動當日請開啟 KKTIX 電子票券 QR Code，經工作人員核驗後，依票面標示之樓層及分區入場。請勿公開、截圖或轉傳 QR Code，以免遭他人冒用。

Ticket Registration Instructions

1. Admission is free with advance registration through KKTIX. On-site ticket sales and convenience-store ticket collection are not available. Each attendee must hold one valid electronic ticket.
2. Before registering, please create a KKTIX account and complete the required mobile phone number and email address verification.
3. Do not use multiple devices, browsers, windows, or tabs simultaneously during registration, as this may cause order failure, duplicate tickets, or system errors.

4. Please select the appropriate ticket type and section:

   • 1F Rock Standing Area: Standing-room only; no seats are provided.
   • 2F Arena Seating: General admission seating within the section indicated on the ticket; seats are not individually assigned.
   • Accessible Viewing Area: Registration is subject to the requirements for wheelchair spaces and companion seats.

   Access between different ticket types or sections is not permitted.

5. After your order is confirmed, KKTIX will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address. Emails may be blocked, delayed, or delivered to your spam folder. Not receiving the email does not necessarily mean your registration was unsuccessful.
6. After completing registration, please check the Orders section of your KKTIX account. A successful order will display the event name, ticket type, section, and electronic ticket QR code.
7. If no ticket information appears in your account, your registration may not have been completed successfully. Please try again. Ticket availability is subject to the status shown on KKTIX.
8. If the event is fully booked, tickets cancelled by other attendees may be released again without notice. There is no fixed ticket-release schedule, so please check the event page regularly.
9. To change your ticket type or section, you must first cancel your original ticket and register again. Availability of the original or alternative ticket type is not guaranteed after cancellation.
10. On the event day, please present your KKTIX electronic ticket QR code for verification and enter through the floor and section indicated on your ticket. Do not publicly share, screenshot, or forward your QR code to prevent unauthorized use.

 

取消票券說明

本活動為免費索票，無票款及退費問題。如因故無法參加，請登入 KKTIX 會員帳戶，至「訂單」頁面取消票券，以利名額重新釋出。

如欲更換票種、樓層或分區，請先取消原票券後重新索取；取消後不保證仍可取得原票種或其他區域名額，實際名額以 KKTIX 系統顯示為準。

每張票券須依訂單規定個別辦理取消。活動當日未到場者，票券將於活動結束後自動失效，恕不保留或轉換至其他票種、場次使用。

Ticket Cancellation Instructions

This is a free-ticketed event; therefore, no payment or refund is involved. If you are unable to attend, please log in to your KKTIX account and cancel your ticket under Orders so that the spot can be released to other attendees.

To change your ticket type, floor, or section, you must first cancel your original ticket and register again. Availability of the original or alternative ticket type is not guaranteed after cancellation and is subject to the status shown on KKTIX.

Each ticket must be cancelled individually in accordance with the order settings. Tickets not used on the event day will automatically expire after the event and cannot be retained, transferred, or exchanged for another ticket type or session.

7. 禁止攜帶危險物品、玻璃容器、雷射筆、煙火爆竹、空拍機及其他經主辦單位認定可能影響活動安全之物品入場。
8. 入場者應遵守屏東體育館場地規範及現場安全檢查。若有影響活動秩序、安全或他人權益之行為，主辦單位得拒絕或取消其入場資格。
9. 報名時請填寫正確且有效的聯絡資訊，以利接收活動通知。使用他人個人資料報名時，應事先取得當事人同意。
10. 索票前請詳閱活動頁面各項規定，完成索票即視為已閱讀並同意本活動所有條款與注意事項。

Important Notes

1. This event uses free electronic tickets issued through KKTIX. Please do not obtain tickets through auction websites, unauthorized platforms, or unfamiliar third-party agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the validity of tickets obtained through unofficial channels.
2. Tickets may not be resold at a higher price, exchanged for profit, or used for any commercial purpose. The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets and deny admission in cases of unauthorized resale, irregular acquisition, or fraudulent use.
3. Each ticket is valid for one person only. On the event day, please present your KKTIX electronic ticket QR code for verification. Once scanned, the ticket will become invalid and cannot be reused.
4. Please keep your electronic ticket and QR code secure. Do not post, screenshot, or forward them to others. If your ticket is used by another person and you are unable to enter, no replacement ticket will be issued.
5. Please enter only through the floor, ticket type, and section indicated on your ticket. Access between different ticket types or sections is not permitted. Please follow all instructions from on-site staff and comply with crowd-control measures.
6. Professional photography, video recording, or audio-recording equipment is prohibited unless approved in advance by the organizer. Flash photography, tripods, and any equipment that may interfere with the performance or obstruct other attendees’ views are also prohibited.
7. Dangerous items, glass containers, laser pointers, fireworks, drones, and any other items deemed by the organizer to pose a safety risk are prohibited.
8. All attendees must comply with the regulations of Pingtung Gymnasium and cooperate with on-site security checks. Anyone whose behavior disrupts the event, threatens safety, or affects the rights of others may be denied entry or asked to leave.
9. Please provide accurate and valid contact information when registering so that you can receive event notifications. If registering with another person’s personal information, you must obtain their prior consent.
10. Please read all event regulations carefully before registering. Completion of registration will be deemed acceptance of all event terms and conditions.
